Visit to Dun Loghaier

This was the last weekend of mine in the apartments I have been staying it. Our contract is up.Many of my wonderful trips were planned from this place. The last weekend here, i just did not want it to fade away. Dun Loghaire is a harbor in Dublin, around 10 kms south. Its' a more of a self sufficient town I must say. Looked out of my 8th floor window, Sun was shining, Loaded up my bag with my camera and Lenses and headed out. But God did I go wrong,in assessing the weather!. It was cold and very windy. I was almost knocked off my bike. Got to the Port and walked along the east Pier. its' more than a kilometer long. The stena line was getting loaded with passengers and cars with its engines humming all set to sail to Hollyhhead,Whales. The winds were so strong that i had to duck down and put my head low to keep the wind from knocking me down.Could not hold the camera steady many a times. All the while i was wondering what kind of massive effort would have gone into building this harbor, while I can even just hold a camera steady. The cold was getting to me and realised its better for me to get back to the warmth of my apartments keeping self preservation in mind.
