Mr.Eddie Izzard

Since the time I have been in Dublin, i was always wondering how it would be like to listen to a person who has the gift of gab.What does it take one to perform with absolutely no props what so ever in front of a thousand, who paid quite a dear price without letting them to slip deep down into the spiraling abyss of boredom just by talking!!He has to make sure that he does not Monologue, does not repeat, makes the crowd laugh once every ten minutes or else, the smothering silence with be like Rain on a parade. Take it from me, my dear friends; making people laugh it definitely the toughest task. Here comes along Eddie Izzard, a transvestite. He is very popular across the world as one of the best stand up comedians. I thought, go for it just for the fact that I can claim later on "been there, done that". Paid hard earned 40€ and me and my good mate Mihir headed off to the O2 arena. This 'not so' ship shape guy comes on the diaz,(apparently he has run 43 marathons in 51 days with just 5 weeks of training). That is one record that no other standup comedian will ever break. I do respect that sheer will power of his. He started off with wikipedia and how civilisation started off and belive me he got all of us well within his story. within 30 minutes my throat was dry laughing. For me as a first timer i thought he was making it up all the time then and there, but only at the climax did i realize that it was well connected. That climax was 2.5 hours since he began!!! he had material made up to talk non stop ,2.5 hours of it. How good is that. I have seen the live at Apollo, and Eddie did not have any toilet humor or racists humor. He did not even pick out any member from the audience and make him curse his own existence like how other comedians vilify. There was a massive display put up where folks could twitter in messages and I did manage to get mine up there. The time was fantastic and i totally did not have any remorse for the money spent. Now, I want to go for one more. is Joe brand coming to town?
